Howdy! My name is Kierstan Gale & I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist (March 2023) whose goal is to help others feel good so they can live better. I believe my purpose in life is to help others & I’m thankful and honored every day to fulfill that purpose through massage. I believe that massage promotes full-body & mind wellness and shouldn't be viewed as "one-size-fits-all".

60-Minute Massage (Swedish) - $80: This massage technique promotes full body relaxation by rubbing the muscles with long strokes. Benefits include improved circulation, improved flexibility and removing toxins from the muscle tissue.
60-Minute Massage (Therapeutic/Deep Tissue) - $80: This therapeutic massage technique is ideal for those who suffer from old injuries or chronic pain. The goal of a deep tissue session is to focus mainly on providing relief to the particular areas of pain that hinder your everyday activities, but also includes attention to the rest of your body to provide a balanced result. Benefits include improved circulation to flush toxins from the muscles, to promote healing and full body wellness.
90-Minute Massage (Swedish) - $115: An extra long, ultra relaxing version of the first option!
90-Minute Massage (Therapeutic/Deep Tissue) - $115: An extra long, ultra healing version of the second option! (Fact: deep tissue massages may feel uncomfortable due to the more intense focus on the areas that are causing you pain. I always suggest a hot shower or long soak in a hot tub after a 90-min deep tissue session to soothe the areas treated)
60-Minute Back Massage - $60: Select this option if you mostly struggle with posterior pain in your back, neck and shoulders. (Legs included by request). This option will allow your MT to spend 60 minutes focusing solely on these problem areas to ensure ultimate healing.
